While working in a Madison neighborhood, Hooper tree trimmers Brian, Jeff and Andy witnessed a woman falling outside her home. The crew sprang into action to lend a helping hand. The woman, Patricia, was so touched by their kindness, she wrote a letter to the Wisconsin State Journal expressing her gratitude:

“By the time I hit the ground, a team of Hooper Corporation tree trimmers were running to my aid. They calmed me, helped me back up and refused to leave until I was safely in my house. They even gathered up my tools and turned off the hose for me. I can’t thank them enough for being such good neighbors. Kindness abounds. Thanks guys!”
