Stan Antolak’s role as Hooper’s Operations Manager for the Colorado Region can be demanding at times, but regardless of how busy things get, Stan has always made it a priority to give back. One of his favorite organizations to support is Big Brother Big Sisters. Over the years, Stan has built a lifelong friendship as a “Big” to Jerry, who has since aged out of the program. Despite this, the two continue to stay connected.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is a national organization dedicated to fostering one-on-one mentoring relationships that help unlock the potential of youth. For Stan, the experience has been just as rewarding for him as it has been for Jerry. “It’s been incredible watching Jerry grow into a more responsible and resilient person,” Stan reflects. “We’ve built an amazing bond, and I can honestly say I’ve learned just as much from him as he has from me.”
