Bringing together great minds with different ideas and perspectives helps Hooper to remain innovative, insightful and better positioned for success. With the help of our signatory Union partners, Hooper has established plans for promoting and hiring for a diverse and inclusive workplace. We extend beyond those goals by striving to maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors that also value equity so we can all be stronger together.
Mentoring Programs & Community Support
Hooper is also committed to our community and our corporate responsibility to give back. We work diligently to expose youth to the skilled trades to show how important they are to our world. In addition to our investment of time and training, Hooper Foundation provides financial support and in-kind resources to nonprofit organizations that offer opportunities for at-risk youth and other under-served populations to learn new skills and gain experience in the construction trades.
