Bruce Cram
Bruce Cram is a seasoned construction professional with 15 years of experience with onsite project management of both Substation and Underground Electric. Bruce strategically manages projects with a hands-on approach that creates a positive and team orientated environment.
In his role as Vice President / Substation and Underground Electric Construction Department Head, Bruce ensures the department’s safety goals, strategic objectives, budget policies, and performance all align with Hooper’s values and goals.
In addition to his department head positions, he is actively involved in various Safety Committees at Hooper and the Missouri Valley Substation Technician Apprenticeship Committee.
Bruce earned his degree from Michigan Technological University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
