Steve Millman has a strong construction background, having been in the industry for over 28 years covering both Estimating and Project Management. Steve has worked on projects in commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors specializing in stainless steel pharmaceuticals and food grade plants, power plants, refineries, paper mills, and ASME Code Work, including 240 MW and 535 MW cogeneration power plants.

Steve’s dynamic leadership skills fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while maintaining a clear path towards achieving goals. He is an excellent communicator and brings strategic team-building and technical expertise. power plants.

Steve is an active member within Hooper’s Safety Committees, including its Corporate Safety Committee and STAR Committee. He is also the President for ASME Code Fabrications, serves on the Technical Representative for the National Certified Welding Bureau Wisconsin Chapter, and a past president of the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin – Specialty Contractor Board.
