The U.S. Department of Defense honored Tony with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award for his unwavering encouragement of a fellow Hooper team member. Tony is a Project Manager in the Mechanical Division – Plumbing, and was nominated by employee, Jordan, who is currently serving in the Wisconsin Army National Guard as a Guardsman Specialist 4.

The Patriot Award honors efforts made to support citizen warriors through a variety of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, family care, and more. Jordan recognized Tony for his constant support during his many military deployments.
